What will you do?

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with potential employers and industry partners to identify placement opportunities for students.
  2. Collaborate with academic departments to understand student skills, interests, and career goals.
  3. Match students with suitable placement opportunities based on their academic background and career aspirations.
  4. Coordinate the entire placement process, including preparing students for interviews, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between students and employers.
  5. Regularly monitor and evaluate student performance during placements, ensuring a positive experience for both students and employers.
  6. Gather feedback from both students and employers to assess the success of placements and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Maintain accurate records of placements, produce reports on placement outcomes, and contribute to institutional reporting requirements.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, employment market dynamics, and evolving job requirements to enhance placement strategies.
