* Drive Project management process within the organization through a structured process including need identification, review, closure, sign offs & implementation.

* Engagement of Critical Strategic Initiative projects & High impact projects.

* Partner with stakeholders to Identify project opportunities brainstorming / FGD etc. 

* Analysis of Audit, Assurance & complaint reports to identify gaps & project opportunities.

* Monitor progress & establish reporting system through a dashboard for review by seniors/stakeholders. Intervene, seek intervention & establish governance mechanism wherever required.

* Facilitate timely execution of projects assigned to self & team. 

* Post completion of projects, ensure change management for effective implementation, sustenance & replication.

* Ensure Regular Performance & Progress Review. Develop Performance improvement plan wherever required.

* Ensure robust tracking & control mechanism for effective governance.

* Regular feedback/Reporting on project updates to senior management team
